January 2020

Happy New Year everyone!  Correct me if I am wrong, but I think this is the first time we had to cancel quilt club due to the weather.  It was a slippery, icy mess out there for a while.

We were to bring our mystery quilts with us, but since club didn't happen, everyone was asked to send me pictures of your quilt, even if not finished.  Here is what I have so far.

This is what Patty has done so far.  She decided to make hers smaller and into a wall hanging.  Nice use of the silver/gray Patty.

Doris's red really pops a punch.  Can you believe that Doris is a pretty new quilter?
We have all seen Rhonda's.  Hers was the first one completed.

This is the special label Rhonda had made up.
This is Sheree's
Sheree put her special CQC block on the back of hers.

This is mine.  I lost steam when I became ill.
I played around with free motion quilting on this.  This is the back of mine.

This is Peggy's
 And finally here is Sue's.

This is amazing work.  I see ruler work and free motion.  Wow!

This is Linda's.
 And this is Brigette's

Here is the virtual quilt show part of the blog post.

This is the Antique Lace quilt that I made for my aunt.

Rhonda made another window view quilt.
This quilt Linda made for a little 5 year old boy diagnosed with cancer.
 Back of above quilt.
Next quilt club is February 29th.
